2. Services Description
BlissBlinds provides professional window treatment services including but not limited to:
- Consultation and measurement services
- Custom blind fabrication and installation
- Motorized blind systems installation
- Repair and maintenance services
- Removal and disposal of existing window treatments
Service Limitations
Our services are subject to the following limitations:
- Services are available only within our designated service areas
- Installation may require specific structural conditions
- Some services may require additional permits or approvals
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or technical reasons
3. Booking & Appointments
Consultation Appointments
Consultation appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. We require:
- 24 hours notice for appointment rescheduling
- Access to all windows requiring treatment during consultation
- Presence of decision-maker during the consultation
- Clear access to the property and windows
Installation Appointments
Installation appointments are scheduled after:
- Completion of consultation and measurement
- Approval of final quote and design
- Receipt of required deposit or payment
- Confirmation of product availability
Preparation Requirements
Customers must ensure the installation area is clear of furniture, decorations, and other obstacles prior to our arrival. Additional charges may apply if our team needs to prepare the workspace.
4. Pricing & Payments
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes include:
- Cost of materials and products
- Professional installation services
- Basic hardware and mounting components
- Standard warranty coverage
Additional charges may apply for:
- Custom modifications or special orders
- Complex installation requirements
- Additional hardware or accessories
- Travel outside standard service areas
Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms are:
- 50% deposit required to secure installation date
- Balance due upon completion of installation
- Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, bank transfer, cash
- Late payments may incur additional fees
5. Warranty Information
Product Warranty
All products come with manufacturer warranties as follows:
Installation Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on all installation workmanship. This warranty covers:
- Proper operation of installed systems
- Structural integrity of mounting
- Alignment and functionality
- Workmanship defects
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

6. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation
Cancellation terms are as follows:
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund
- No-show appointments: Full forfeiture of deposit
Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Weather conditions affecting installation safety
- Equipment failure or technical issues
- Staff availability issues
- Safety concerns at the installation site
In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at your convenience.
7. Liability & Insurance
Insurance Coverage
BlissBlinds maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including:
- General liability insurance: $2,000,000
- Workers' compensation insurance
- Commercial auto insurance
- Professional liability insurance
Damage Liability
We take utmost care during installations. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage
- Customers should remove valuable items from work areas
- We must be notified of any damage immediately
- Liability is limited to the cost of services provided
Property Access
By granting our team access to your property, you acknowledge that we may need to move furniture or items near installation areas. We take photos before and after installation for documentation purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to:
- Design concepts and layouts
- Custom fabrication techniques
- Proprietary installation methods
- Brand names and logos
- Website content and materials
are owned by BlissBlinds and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Use Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our designs
- Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer our products or methods
- Claim our work as your own
